fine retailers of contemporary furniture around the world. If you are
unable to visit one of our showrooms, our knowledgeable product
consultants can guide you through the decision making process via
telephone or email. We are more than happy to send, free of charge,
additional product information, photographs, and material samples
when available. How can I get a sample of upholstery?As you view images throughout our site of both products and
material swatches, please bear in mind that your computer screen may
not represent the colors accurately. We recognize that consideration
of colors, fabrics and finishes is an important part of the decision
making process. You may fill out a sample request form online. You may also request samples by email by
telephone. What do I do if I need more product information?If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer
Service staff. What forms of payment do you accept?We accept only American Express cards for
orders placed in the United States. You can also pay by wire transfer or cheque. How do I change my order?Due to the short lead time of De La Espada furniture, the
factory begins production shortly after orders are placed. Therefore
we are only able to change your order if manufacturing has not
already started. Please contact customer service if you wish to
change your order. I am moving house and already own De La Espada furniture. Does De La Espada provide moving services for their products?De La Espada provides numerous delivery options but
unfortunately, does not provide moving services. Once De La Espada
furniture has been delivered to the customer, it is the customer’s
responsibility to find a reputable company specializing in moving
services to help with their move. We will happily provide detailed
assembly instructions to help the move to be as successful as
